GSA 2008 Summer Camp / Training Programs 

GSA Girls Director offers the following programs this summer 

Work on your skills during the summer with the Advanced Training Sessions.  All sessions will concentrate on the individual player; the player will work on perfecting the skills needed to play at the highest level. The principals of one on one attack and defense, moves designed to help with balance, speed and control.

The summer training program begins the last week in June and runs Tues/Thurs for five weeks, the time will be 6:30-8:30pm.

 

Advanced Training for Serious Players
