At-Home Training Program

We have worked hard over the past couple of weeks to build an At-Home Training Program for ALL our GSA players!  It's important that all players, regardless of level, take ownership over individual skill development.  This would be the case even if we were on the fields offering regular programming; it's even MORE important now that we are following social distancing guidelines.

Each week we will provide a new "workout" for players to follow.  Each workout will include:

  • Age-appropriate activities from movement education to ball mastery to fitness (for certain ages)
  • A form for players (or parents in the youngest age group) to reflect on the week and provide feedback on what they would like to see in future weeks
  • Motivational/educational videos and/or podcasts to watch or listen to

We hope you enjoy this added benefit to being a part of the GSA family.  As with anything, we can only provide the opoortunity - it's up to you to take advantage of it!
